Design Advice Consultation – What to Expect
A Design Advice Consultation is intended to provide professional guidance, ideas, and direction to support your design decisions. This service is advisory in nature and does not include detailed drawings, construction documents, or project management unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Scope of the Consultation
During the consultation, we may discuss layout options, finishes, materials, furnishings, and general design strategies based on the information available at the time of our meeting. Recommendations are conceptual and intended to help you think through possibilities and next steps.

Use of Recommendations
All suggestions provided are for informational purposes only. Final decisions, selections, and implementation are the responsibility of the client. Any work completed following the consultation, including construction, purchasing, or installation, is carried out at the client’s discretion.

Responsibility & Implementation
Cadence Interiors is not responsible for the execution of work performed by contractors, tradespeople, vendors, or other third parties. Clients are responsible for hiring qualified professionals and confirming measurements, specifications, pricing, availability, and code compliance.

Design Outcomes
Design outcomes, budgets, timelines, and results cannot be guaranteed. Building codes, regulations, and site conditions vary, and it is the client’s responsibility to verify that all work complies with applicable requirements unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement.

Payment & Scheduling
Payment for the Design Advice Consultation is required in advance in order to confirm an appointment. Consultations will not be conducted until payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
